NemoDinge during an interview discussing Serbia, social media, and his journey as a content creator.NemoDinge continues promoting Serbian culture, history, and traditions to a growing international audience through his social media content.

When we first interviewed NemoDinge, he was already making a name for himself by introducing Serbia to thousands of people across the German-speaking world through his engaging content about Serbian culture, history, traditions, and Orthodox faith.

Since then, his community has continued to grow, new collaborations have emerged, and several exciting projects have taken shape. As his influence continues to expand, we wanted to catch up with him once again to talk about everything that has happened since our last conversation.

In this exclusive follow-up interview with The Serbian Daily, Nemanja reflects on his journey over the past year, the responsibility of representing Serbia on social media, the challenges of content creation, and his plans for the future, including new collaborations and his upcoming podcast.

1. Since our last interview, how has your journey been? Are you happy with how your work and content have developed?

The journey has honestly been incredible. Since our last interview, my community has grown significantly, but what makes me happiest is not just the numbers. It is seeing how many people have become genuinely interested in Serbia through my videos.

I have stayed consistent and continued posting every day. I feel that my content has become more professional while still staying true to who I am and why I started.

2. Have you noticed any changes in the way people react to your content about Serbia compared to when you first started?

Definitely. In the beginning, many people did not really know what to expect from my content. Now I see much more curiosity. People ask questions about Serbian history, culture, traditions, food, sports, and especially our Orthodox faith.

Of course, there are still negative comments, but the positive reactions have become much stronger. Many people from the Serbian diaspora also tell me that my videos make them feel more connected to Serbia, which means a lot to me.

3. Because you represent Serbia on social media, have you ever experienced criticism, negative comments, or conflicts because of your content? How do you deal with them?

Yes, quite often. Whenever you talk about the Balkans, emotions can run very high. I receive criticism and negative messages from different sides, but I have learned not to react emotionally to every comment.

My goal has never been to spread hate or create conflict. I want to present Serbia in a respectful and factual way. I focus on the people who genuinely want to learn something rather than those who only want to argue or provoke.

4. Looking back at your journey so far, what achievement are you most proud of?

Honestly, I am most proud of building such a strong community in such a short amount of time. Knowing that hundreds of thousands of people have watched my videos, and that some of them now see Serbia differently because of my content, makes me incredibly proud.

Interviews, collaborations, and new opportunities are also very special, but the connection with my community means the most to me. Without the people who watch, comment on, and support my content every day, none of this would be possible.

5. Do you feel a sense of responsibility when representing Serbia to people from all around the world?

Absolutely. I know that, for some people, my videos might be their first real impression of Serbia. That is why I always make sure to research my topics carefully and present them respectfully.

I want to show the beauty of our country, our culture, our history, our people, and our Orthodox faith. At the same time, I know that I cannot speak for every Serbian person. I can only share my own perspective and try to represent Serbia with honesty, respect, and pride.

6. Has creating content opened any unexpected doors for you, such as meeting interesting people or receiving exciting opportunities?

Without a doubt. Creating content has opened doors that I honestly never expected when I uploaded my first video.

One of the biggest examples is my collaboration with SerbStreet. As a child, I used to follow their page, so working with them today feels like a dream come true. Seeing my own face on a platform that I admired while growing up is still a very special feeling for me.

I am also working with the shop SvetaZvezda, where I try to bring Orthodox products, such as brojanicas and icons, closer to the Serbian diaspora. For me, this collaboration is not only about promoting products. It is also about helping people stay connected to their faith, culture, and roots, especially when they live far away from Serbia.

There is still much more being planned. I do not want to reveal everything just yet, but I am very excited about what is coming next.

7. What does a typical workday look like? How much time do you spend filming, editing, and interacting with your audience?

A typical day is very busy. Besides my full-time job, I spend several hours researching topics, writing scripts, filming videos, editing, replying to comments, and planning new content.

Most people only see the finished video, but there is a lot of work behind every upload. Sometimes a video lasts only 50 seconds, but the research, filming, and editing can take much longer.

Consistency is probably one of the biggest reasons why the account has grown. Even on stressful days, I try to stay active and continue posting.

8. What do you hope people around the world think about Serbia after watching your videos?

I hope they realize that Serbia is much more than the stereotypes or negative stories they may have heard.

Serbia is a country with beautiful traditions, a rich history, strong values, an important spiritual heritage, and genuinely welcoming people.

I want people to become curious. Maybe they will research a Serbian tradition, listen to Serbian music, learn something about our Orthodox faith, or even visit Serbia one day. If one of my videos helps someone see Serbia from a different perspective, then I have achieved my goal.

9. What are your plans for the future? Are there any exciting projects or collaborations you are currently working on?

I definitely want to keep growing and continue building one of the largest German-speaking communities dedicated to Serbia. I also want to create more content in Serbian, work with interesting partners, and travel more across Serbia to showcase places and stories that many people may not know yet.

One project I am especially excited about is my upcoming podcast, “Serbesonders.” It is currently in the planning stage. The idea is to invite interesting guests and talk about Serbia, our culture, history, religion, sports, and many other topics.

I do not want to reveal too much about the podcast just yet, but more information will come when the time is right.

Besides that, there are several other collaborations and projects in the works. I am very excited about the future, but I also want everything to develop naturally and stay authentic.

10. Finally, what advice would you give to young people from Serbia who dream of becoming content creators and promoting their country to the world?

My biggest advice is simple: just start.

Do not wait until everything is perfect, because it never will be. Stay consistent, be authentic, and do not allow negative comments to discourage you.

You should also understand why you are creating content. Do not focus only on views or followers. Create something that has meaning and something you are genuinely proud of.

If you love your country and want to promote it, do so with respect, honesty, and responsibility. Success does not happen overnight, but if you keep improving and stay consistent, people will eventually notice your work.
